Background
Drew Marcus previously held leadership and recruiting roles within the insurance industry, including agency development and district leadership responsibilities with Farmers Insurance, where he recruited, launched, and supported agency operations and growth initiatives.
He later moved into executive recruiting and consulting, supporting insurance and financial services organizations across recruiting strategy, staffing support, market intelligence, and operational buildout.
Today, Drew Marcus Consulting works with organizations ranging from independent agencies and brokers to larger insurance and financial services distribution groups.
